Last week Brayden found my video camera (sadly I rarely use it). He asked me why we never use it and I explained that we were all out of little tapes. His quick response was "let's just go to walmart and buy some." I replied, "sure, we'll go later." Being the determined lil guy he is, he asked me for three straight days constantly if we could please go buy some new tapes. After realizing he just was not going to give it up, we were off to Wal-Mart on a mission: purchase new video tapes. As soon as we got home, he started practicing his lil Steven Speilberg skills. Of course, most of what he records sadly gets deleted or else I think we would all get sea sick watching them. For now, he is past the short lived stage of being behind the camera...now he has a new love/obsession...recording and rewatching himself. So thankfully I get to be behind the camera instead. After he does something, he is constantly saying "let's record this and let's record that, let's send this to grandma, etc..." All of that was great, but we didn't have a way to share the videos like he wanted. So, yesterday it dawned on me that I could use my old point/shoot camera to take short lil videos (thats how we did my sisters birthday video). So today when we went out to the pool, he saw my camera in the bag. As I expected, he wanted me to record his new swimming abilities just so he could "send them to grandma". So here is Brayden showing off his new, brave, jumping in/swimming skills:
Unfortunately, as of right now I do not know how to edit video (hence the reason I have 3 short ones). Hopefully within the next couple of weeks I can teach myself how to cut and link videos together. If anyone has a program that they use or has any suggestions I would love to hear them. Thanks!

So cute! Papa and I can't believe how brave he is now! Can't wait to see him swim in person.
